Timeline

Most sites are created in the following way:

Needs

Once you decide that a web page is the right thing for your rental home, we will spend some time discussing exactly what the goals are for your web page. It can be as basic as pictures and rates, all the way to animation and streaming video. At this point, we will also go over domain name (www.yourhouse.com) possibilities.

Information Gathering

When we figure out what is right for you, you will be asked to write some information that describes your house. This is the information your potential renters will want to find when they spend time on your site. Bedroom configuration, rates, and key selling points from your properties should be included.

Helpful Information to consider for your page includes:

  • Floor Plan and Bedroom configuration
  • Details about what is including i.e. "fully equiped kitchen" or "all linens included"
  • TV/DVD/Internet
  • Beach Pass
  • Games
  • Beach Chairs

First Draft

Once we have settled on the information you want on your site and you have provided pictures, I will build your page. Usually have a rough draft in 3 to 5 days.

Your page will be a work in progress that you will have creative control over. As we build it, you will be directed to a test section of your web page to view it’s construction.

Final Proof

Before we go live with your page, we will discuss any final changes you want to make to your site.

Publishing

Once you give the green light, we will publish the page to your home’s web address.
